Akowe partners Microsoft to provide affordable and accessible global learning to millions of Africa.

Writer: AKOWEAKOWE

According to research, Millions of Africans do not have access to global learning and basic quality education, mainly because of the affordability, accessibility, and language barrier.

Most of the e-learning platforms which could have been a solution to this problem are only accessible to those who can afford them and can learn in English Language or other international languages.

"Even with the rural reach of the internet to a few million Africans, education isn’t getting to them.

This is why we created AKOWE, an e-learning platform providing accessible and affordable global learning and education to millions of Africans in several local languages." Gabriel Ogundele, Founder, AKOWE

With our partnership with Microsoft, we hope to further achieve our mission of providing education and global learning to millions of Africans using the tools and resources provided through Microsoft for Startups.

All learning content on bit.ly/akowexyz will be 100% FREE and available in over 10 local languages.

AKOWE team is working to have more African Languages on the platform as we aim at having over 50 local languages before the end of 2025.

We are excited about this partnership and we look forward to launching it in the coming weeks.

This is AKOWE, the Smarter way to learn anything.
